Comprehensive Network Redundancy
Bears 4G full - band plus WiFi 802.11n (up to 300Mbps) and dual SIM standby, triple backup switching (wired/WiFi/4G) and five auto - adaptive 100Mbps Ethernet ports.
Dual - path Wide - voltage Power Supply
Uses DC 5 - 30V broad - range input, and has two power supply options (DC jack and terminal) to provide redundancy,which is appropriate in complex industrial power applications, and uses less than 400mA of current.

Product Case
April 1, 2025 - A leading renewable energy organization in the UAE was in need of a connectivity backbone to support an expanding network of solar stations and found Tespro. The solution? The direct acquisition of 5,000 TR-225 industrial routers, which is now the digital nervous system of the 8 large solar plants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
This was not the case before the TR-225. The client had to fight the untrustworthy connectivity at the time of the scorching heat of the desert and an inability to organize a chaotic collection of miscellaneous data transmitted by the different devices. TR-225 was designed to cope with this challenge.
It is resistant to severe desert conditions with a rugged operating temperature of -40 to 75degC and large voltage toleration with an IP65 rating. Its 5 Ethernet port and RS485/RS232 interfaces at last brought together their separate equipment on a single and dependable network.
The outcomes are self-explanatory. After deployment, data transmission stability increased to 99.9 with monitoring latency also reducing by 40 percent. As the entire data was processed into a central dashboard, the client was able to maximize solar power generation by 18 percent and reduce maintenance expenses by almost one-third.
There was practical cooperation behind this success. Tespro sent Middle East technical team on-site to customize protocols and to guarantee good integration with the already existing grid.
