TP-RF is an emerging brand of TesPro China wireless optical probe, and is capable of 900/430 MHz series RF communication with PC, NB, and other equipment. TP-RF possesses special characteristics that are aimed at MCU, TP-RF has been developed in a manner that a single BT probe may be utilized as two. It also serves as RF optical probe and normal Tespro USB connection optical probe.

A rural and suburban energy provider had trouble with the range of data collection, as the tools at its disposal had a technician standing directly next to the meter, and it was not effective to track scattered electric and water meters in open space and lower-density communities. This was solved in TP-RF Optical Probe introduced by Tespro that has a long-range RF communication feature, which can capture the energy data up to 100 meters distance in open areas without the need to be on site. The dual-purpose design (RF + USB) also made it fit perfectly with the already installed backend system of the client, without additional adapters.

 

The probe had a high magnetic adhesion force giving it the capacity to mount on other meters without tools swiftly, and its robust construction and IP54 stability level could endure conditions in the outside world and utility rooms, respectively. This made the process of remote monitoring easier, allowing the team to be more effective in the management of extensive energy resources.
