Product Introduction

TP-16 optical scanning probe is designed by Tespro China for portable meter test instrument, compliant with instrument PRS1.3 & PWS1.3 respectively with dedicated connector. It is generally suitable for pulse acquisition of electronic energy meters worldwide and can work with verification equipment to complete verification mission.  TP-16 optical scanning probe can sense both light and infrared light pulses emitted by LED, then convert them into electric pulses. TP-16 optical pulse sensing probe is originally designed by Tespro China, supporting circuits and casings customization, as well as OEM/ODM customization.

Strong Compatibility

Detects lights of different colors and wavelengths, converts light pulses to electric pulses. Supports 12/24 VDC and various connectors.

Tespro’s TP-16 Calibration Optical Probe resolved this with its custom-matched Lemo connectors for PRS1.3 and PWS1.3 devices, enabling direct, stable connections without extra adapters. Its ability to sense both light and IR pulses ensured reliable conversion to electric pulses for precise energy data capture.​

 

Strong magnetic adhesion and the optional TP-GS2 fixture allowed secure mounting on any meter type, while the durable ABS+PC housing stood up to frequent field use. This simplified the verification workflow, ensuring consistent, hassle-free energy data collection for quality checks.
